In light of the current pandemic regarding COVID-19, there are still unanswered questions and uncertainties regarding high school athletics and activities for the 2020-2021 school year. We are working to answer those questions as quickly as we can. We are planning to hold tryouts for our spirit programs in the coming weeks under our current Phase II guidelines. While we understand the official spirit season will begin now in January 2021, we are still unsure what competition season will look like exactly and no decisions have been made on travel for the 2020-2021 school year. Given current situations, our schools have agreed to a scaled down uniform purchase for the 2020-21 school year to not exceed $500 per student. Keep in mind the exact amount could vary from school to school, but will not exceed that amount. We understand this is not ideal but given the current financial hardships that have occurred due to the pandemic, we believe this is the best option for families this year. All of this is important to note as families make their own personal decisions for the upcoming school year regarding athletics and activities.
The mission of the cheerleading program is to promote and uphold school spirit, unity and pride. We will represent the school to the highest
degree through supporting our athletic programs, participating in community events and competing at regional and state levels. Participants will learn a variety of skills that
include tumbling, stunting, general cheers and routines, Membership is on a try-out basis only.
