As a member of the THS Marching Band, we embrace teamwork, camaraderie, resilience, and trust. Such concepts are used to produce a performance that will represent our program, our school, and our community in front large audiences. We strive to experience the remarkable feeling of marching awy from our last performance knowing it was our best. A marching band show is one of the most intricate and complicated performances to prepare. It takes dedicated work and commitment for a long period of time to produce only seven minutes of entertainment. Marching Band is open to anyone willing to perform using woodwind, brass, or percussion instruments, It is also open to those who are willing to perform choreographed dance routines using flags, sabres, and rifles as members of the Color Guard.
